2017-11-16"The movers were unaware the move had been prepaid and wanted payment the day of. They did not take inventory of the items- the bill of lading simply had a blank area with no inventory written in. They dropped and damaged three boxes of books and kitchen items. They gouged a hole in my new wall. Working with them in the aftermath has been a pain and a half. Please avoid using this company."
