"My experience with 5 Star Moving + Unpakt was super smooth, I highly recommend. The movers got all the info they needed from Unpakt, making the move basically painless: arrived when they said they would, assessed the situation and didn't waste time, and helped me out wherever they could. "The only positive was that the two movers seemed pretty careful with the furniture. Otherwise, these guys were a complete disaster. First, I had no confirmation from the movers, despite emailing and leaving a phone message. I had to call three times before I was able to speak with someone-and he seemed surprised frankly, about the scheduled move through Unpakt. On move day, two men got out of an old truck with a handwritten sign attached to the truck door, which said 5 Star Moving. They had regular street clothes on, were very unkempt in appearance, and smelled like body odor, which only worsened throughout the SIX HOURS it took to move a 1 bedroom apartment. Once they got to our new apartment, one of the guys asked to use our bathroom, and peed all over the toilet seat and floor, and left a wet sink and water all over the counter. They were extremely slow, which I wouldn’t of minded entirely, if I hadn’t felt like they were extremely disrespectful of our space. They spoke very little English as well, which again, I don’t mind if there is an attempt to communicate. There was no attempt by these guys to communicate save grunting and scratching their balls. The whole experience was just disgusting and left me feeling like I needed to wash everything I could, and Lysol everything I couldn’t."

"My movers were on time- in fact, they called to see if I was available early. They were quick, professional and friendly. The entire move from one apartment to another was done in less than three hours. They took care of wrapping up expensive items and fragile items were handled with care. I would happily use five star moving again."

"Movers were extremely professional and quick. They did great work, required very little guidance, they seemed to intuitively know what to do. I haven't finished unpacking, but I'm pretty sure everything arrived undamaged in any way. They treated my stuff with a lot of respect. The move would have taken me an entire day, they had me done in 2 hours time. I highly recommend them."
