"Original pick up time was 8-10, they arrived at 1230. I expressed concern since the location I was moving into had a 6pm cutoff. I was assured it would be fine. Numerous time the movers asked me for a knife and small bags to put screws in that they had removed and generally seemed unprepared for the move. I asked if they could move my plants and was told it was no problem, they would take special care. they did not. My plants arrived upside down and crushed. in fact, almost all of the boxes were moved into my apartment upside down. They taped together my leather chairs and other items that left behind a sticky residue. the truck arrived at my new building at 6pm and they did not finish until 8pm. They only had a digital copy of the COI and were not sure how to send that to the building manager. I stressed that they needed to be quick and discreet however numerous times they yelled to each other down the hallway. Many items that they disassembled were not put back together and in some cases screws are now missing. my couch was ripped in 3 places, my dresser has scrapes on the top and my media stand was also damaged. Unfortunately i was unable to note any of this before they left because everything was piled into one large mass in the living room. I tipped the crew b/c they generally seemed like nice people but clearly had no idea how to efficiently and safely conduct a move. They also proceed to count the tip out in front of me which was entirely inappropriate. This was overall an extremely stressful experience and I would not recommend this moving company."

"They showed up within the time window but only had a two person crew to load up (apparently the driver refused to help with loading?). As a result, it took almost ten hours to move a two bedroom apartment 2.4 miles. The foreman was great and nothing broke, but I definitely didn't expect the move to take so long."

"The guys from All American Van Lines did a great job getting our belongings to our new house safely. We had an extra big couch that we weren't sure would fit through the door to the living room. Hosea was on point and him and his crew got our couch to its final destination, for that we are grateful."

"One BIG issue. Our mover arrival window was 8 to 10am. We were ready, packed, and waiting to go at 8. Movers did not arrive and get started until 2 hours after the window, at noon. The consequence was that our move started and ended very late, and resulted in a significant amount of unnecessary stress--what do we do about dinner now? I don't know where my shoes are and it's late and I have to get to sleep, where do we buy mild for coffee in the morning? All of these things might sound trivial, but they are much easier to manage at 8 in the evening rather than midnight in a new neighborhood."

"The workers were nice but not very experienced it seemed - They forgot to check the truck at the end and held onto table legs for my dining table for over 24 hours. They definitely banged up some of my furniture but they were the least expensive bid on Unpakt so I guess you get what you pay for, though they were not inexpensive by any means."

"Very nice guys but they arrived so late on the day meaning that we were not moved into the new house until 11pm with most things still unpacked. Also several items were left in the old apartment. I have to go back myself and get them."
