"Nice folks, but silverware drawer wasn’t packed up, and several items haven’t been seen since. Paid to have them pack and unpack, however the way they unpack is they take it out the box and put it on the floor. Kitchen plates, etc not unpacked. I’ve had full service moves before. This wasn’t it. A perfect encapsulation of the move: my wife and I keep our shoes in different rooms. Some of her shoes never made it here, and both of our shoes ended up in piles in our respective closets in the new place, mixed together. It took two days to fine my house shoes or sandals- one each was in my closet and one was in hers. My new home looked like vandals had ransacked the place. Also, I attempted to book insurance prior to the move but I didn’t receive the email of my options until 30 mins after the team arrived. The requested options were never applied/confirmed."
