"Our experience with American Power Moving was pretty positive. We tried to pack up as much as possible so that the movers could just focus on bringing things to the truck and wrapping our furniture. The movers couldn't make the original time window, but they moved all our things to their truck quickly and courteously. For now our items are in storage, so I'll update this review once we receive the delivery at our new apartment next month."

"American Power Moving Inc made my easy move, extremely difficult and the worst day. A move that should have been completed was not completed until after 11pm. The movers lied and picked up three other moves along the way. This not only made them ten hours late, but also made it difficult to find my stuff in their packed car. They didn't even have enough room for my second pick up which was scheduled ahead of time. They put all the other moves all over my apartments lawn and attracted a lot of attention. Due to their Lateness, I was unable to sleep in my apartment and had to get a hotel last minute. I want a refund."

"This was hands down the WORST moving experience I have ever had. Movers showed up at the very end of the time window with a really unprofessional truck covered in graffiti, took almost THREE hours to disassemble a bed frame that I have had taken apart by three other moving companies with no problem, these guys had no power tools, didn't really seem to understand that I had PAID for the PACKING service. Things were thrown in boxes, furniture scratched, by the time they finished it was 9pm at the old apartment. They did not finish unloading at the new apartment until 1AM!!! Given that it took so long to disassemble the bed, I made an executive decision at 12:30AM to have them not attempt to put it back together and they certainly were happy about that (which what they should have done is had 1 of the THREE men assemble the bed first). Instead, furniture had been loaded in the back of the truck and the bed came up in pieces the entire 2 hours of them moving everything in. They haphazardly put my belongings all over the floor, no order. We had to get a hotel room for $250.00 last minute to make up for the lack of competence on their part. I would not have paid a dime if I had known this would be the experience."
