2024-12-31"Not sure why it's called "Aqua Moving" on this site but once it was booked, it was Flatrate moving. I heard from their VP of Business Development almost immediately asking for a photo of my piano but once I sent it, I didn't hear back until following up a few times. That said, once we got past that hiccup, everything was great. Frequent communication, easy-to-use app, movers showed up RIGHT on time (right at the beginning of the agreed-upon range). They were professional, easy to work with, and did a great job moving a delicate piece for a fair price. If all of their teams are like the ones I worked with, you're in good hands."
