"Horrific experience. Do NOT work with this company. Extremely slow and lackadaisical movers missed the move window entirely, resulting in us having to book a night in a hotel and having to stay with nowhere to sleep and no clothes to change into. Damaged our belongings, moved and stored items after our explicit instructions not to move items to a different truck outside of our presence and after their confirmation that this would not occur, packed items incorrectly (fragile on the bottom under heavy wardrobe boxes), did not use straps to hold items in place during the move - resulting in heavy boxes falling over on each other and furniture falling, scraped items like mattress across the dirty and splintered floor of the moving truck (punctured our mattress and dirtied it), etc. The list goes on and on."

"They gave me a time frame between 8:00 and 10:00 am. They arrived one hour later and I had to call. them. Movers were very friendly and professional. It was hot and they sweated a lot, visible drops of sweat in my floor. Will have been nice they they could bring towels to clean their sweat while performing the job."
