"They were fine - it was an out of state move to VT, originally the driver (very nice and professional) wanted to load Friday and deliver Saturday morning, which made sense given the nightmare traffic getting out of NYC. However, since they finished loading so early on Friday, their supervisor had them deliver the same day, so the offload was very rushed and they damaged a couple things. Also, they used tape in a lot of instances where it should have been stretch wrap; not sure what that was about."

"Our scheduled move window was 8-10 AM; at 9 AM we called the movers for an update. The dispatcher said that the truck was broken down on the highway with a flat tire. By 11:15, he said that they were rerouting another crew and they would be there by 11:45. When that crew finally arrived at 12:45, we thanked them for fitting us into their schedule unexpectedly, but they said that we had always been on their plan for the day. I would have much rather the dispatcher just have said they were running late (it happens!), rather than being untruthful. Once the movers arrived, they were great, careful with my items, and willing to go above and beyond."

"The movers were extremely professional and efficient. Went above and beyond protecting furniture and other items which were awkward to pack, and made the move seamless. Even helped us finish packing and sealing boxes that were not fully ready to load without charging extra. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!"

"The original moving company that I had hired decided to stop contacting me over a week before my move, so I had to scramble to find a new mover just a few days before my move. I needed to get COIs to the building management teams ASAP, and Nick from Braha contacted me immediately after I booked on Unpakt and was able to provide me with the documents less than 2 hours later. The quick communication and efficiency was amazing, considering the bad experience I had with the previous company. On move day, Andrei and his team were great! They called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and provided great service. They continuously asked questions about how we wanted certain things packed or placed and got our 2 bedroom moved quickly and without any hiccups. Andrei was also able to pack my storage bed without any extra disassembly, meaning I was able to pay less than I would have, and I was certainly appreciative of his efforts. I would definitely choose Braha again the next time I move!"

"Braha was awesome. We were moving out of state and the Braha team arrived promptly and got right to work. They started with a team of 3--Nick, Sergei, and a third person whose name started with A. Nick and A were AMAZING. They were quick, incredibly courteous, thorough, and skilled. They were also very kind to the small children who lived downstairs at our original place who were very excited about watching a move process. Nick and A cleared out 90 boxes and some furniture from a 2nd floor walk up in less than an hour. I can't really speak to Sergei--he wasn't consistently wearing a mask and so stayed out at the truck loading and unloading. Nick and Sergei were the ones who drove out of state and unloaded us at the new place, and once again--quick, skilled, thorough, and courteous. I really want to shout out Nick--he was my continuous point of contact throughout the move process (including a record 4 reschedules) as well as the lead person on the day of, and he was phenomenal."
