2014-09-28"Excellent experience. There was an issue with a few last second items I added which caused the price to go up but the owner of the moving company took care of it. It was their first time using Unpakt and being on a Sunday, he wasn't sure if he was supposed to collect the difference or I would be billed. In the end, he worked it out with me and the payment went through Unpakt. The two guys who moved us were amazing. They took great care of our items and went the extra mile. We look forward to using you guys again. Thank you."
