2020-03-03"In terms of the logistics of the move, Cool Hand was extremely hard to get a hold of, they did not confirm my details in the days prior, and did not reach out regarding my COIs until 5pm the night before. For the move itself, they were reasonably efficient but hassled me in an extremely unprofessional way. The foreman came to the move with an incorrect inventory, argued with me when I tried to correct him, and threatened to not move additional items “that I didn’t pay for”. While I did have additional items and understood the need for an accurate inventory, I spent over an hour on the phone confirming my inventory, arguing with the foreman about the count, and updating my online inventory on Unpakt. Ultimately, only an additional $20 was added to my bill. The whole process was horrendous."

2018-09-16"Cool Hand Movers were 4 hours and 10 minutes late. We had to move at night so both spaces were dark when we executed the move. I was very disappointed in their service. The movers themselves were nice guys and I tipped them $20 each. If I could have cancelled I would have, but had no choice but to wait. It was extremely frustrating."
