"My experience was off to a great start when Ivan from Expo Movers called to plan and coordinate a few weeks in advance, shortly after I booked initially. He also followed up the day before to make sure we were still on and field any questions/ And the movers, Yuri and Semeon, were fabulous! They showed up right on time (actually, five minutes early), and packed and moved me out of my one-bed room third-floor walkup in two hours' time! They took care with my stuff and were efficient. They were also good humored, courteous, and fun to be with. This is a real vouch -- I had the opportunity to spend lots of time with them, as they not only moved my belongings from Manhattan to rural Vermont; they also moved ME, allowing me to ride up front in the truck with them - a major time and hassle saver. I couldn't be more appreciative! Would definitely go with Expo Movers again."

"Overall, very positive experience. A representative contacted me in the weeks prior to the move to confirm arrangements were in place for the apartment buildings I was moving in and out of. I even rescheduled my move, and they were able to accommodate me seamlessly.. I communicated with the same representative every time. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time, ready to work. This was my first experience with full service movers, and it was the closest thing to magic I've seen in a while. The packing and unpacking process took less time than anticipated. There were a couple of very minor casualties, but that's to be expected in a major move. Highly recommend!"

After the move out was complete, they took me to the truck to show me how it was all packed in; very secure and everything place with care. After our stuff was moved to storage they even sent us pictures to show us how it was all stored there too. I highly recommend Expo Movers!"

"The movers were friendly, professional, and accommodating. They tackled challenging items, like an assembled bed frame with ease. Only questionable conduct was asking me on two separate occasions if they were performing the job quickly. I understand that it may be a harmless question to assess their own performance and satisfy the customer but to me it came off as a loaded question -- nod your head and condition the customer to tip or don't say yes and risk challenging or upsetting the mover who could damage, misplace, or upcharge for certain services or unspecified items. At the end of the day it was a seamless move, but I don't know how long a move should take to back up any claim of how long it should take (I'm not performing the service) and I was going to tip regardless unless something went very wrong."
