2021-03-06"The movers showed up 5.5 hours outside of the arrival window. I did not receive any prior notice that there would be a delay. I had to call Unpakt after the arrival window and have them contact the movers to get any response. I was scheduled for two trips: one to a storage unit and another to the new house. Things that were labeled "not storage" ended up in storage so I'll have to go back and get those items."
