"Overall very efficient and quick. They came on time and made a tight elevator reservation. However, it seemed like they showed up a little unprepared. When I've moved in the past, the movers brought supplies for the more fragile objects listed in the move-plan (like boxes for pictures, bubble-wrap for mirrors, etc.) Thankfully I had extra boxes and bubble wrap that they used, but if I didn't I'm not sure what would have happened. I've used them in the past and would use them again - but just make sure to keep an eye on your more fragile belongings."

"As much as I hate to say this, as a black woman I was offended throughout the whole process, and for a fact knew that if a white woman or person in general asked for the extra services, they wouldn't be reminded of the extra price every time, and then insulted at the end because of the tip, as if the mover wasn't arguing with them the whole time. He also kept hounding me for cash for the extra services, so much so that I called the main office to make sure because the instructions on this website didn't say that. I am happy to pay for extra services; if a break is needed, I'm fine with that as well. What I'm not fine with is being insulted throughout the whole process."

"They were wonderful! I was told they'd be at my apartment closer to 9 and they were on time and ready to get to it. They confirmed everything with me about which items they were going to move and were incredibly quick to disassemble and pack everything into the van.
