2015-12-19"There was a little confusion on where my stuff was being stored, one customer service rep didn't have me down for storage at all) but they were very responsive about getting it all figured out and I feel comfortable that ill be able to get my things from storage in a timely manner. The movers themselves were excellent, fast, efficient and very thorough in wrapping everything very well. I was extremely happy with how the move itself went, they arrived exactly on time and had everything done in about an hour. Overall, I'm very happy with Flat Rate this far, and would recommend them to anyone making a long distance move."
