"FlatRate did not deliver my items during the delivery window they guaranteed at time of booking. This meant that I did not have some items I needed for a wedding and that I had to live without many belongings for a long time. I specifically selected the delivery window such that the final day would be well before the wedding. If I had known this would happen, I would not have used FlatRate."

"Mike the head mover was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately he had 2 guys on his crew that were not very good. The Jamaican guy was very clumsy, and dropped some boxes that resulted in some broken dishes and wine glasses. He also spent a lot of time commenting on my furniture and getting a little too person for my comfort. My BIGGEST complaint was the late afternoon start time of the move. We were scheduled to move between starting at 1pm till -4pm, the movers had other large jobs that ran over and also had Friday traffic problems, that prevented them from arriving until after 3:30 pm. Our move went very late on Friday, into the evening, we had traffic getting out of the city. and such a late start is not the best time for the movers who already had a long day (starting at 5am) , and didn't allow me time to unpack much. Just that one fact alone would have me not use your company again. It was very inconvenient."

"The movers were great. The customer service has been terrible. Emails have gone unanswered for days, nobody has been able to tell me when i can expect to know when my things will be dropped off. Please note I have not been asking when my things will actually be dropped off, but when I should expect that someone will be able to tell me that information (ie. in four days we will call you with a dropoff date...). Seems like a reasonable request to me."

"Overall the mover was good and took care to tag all of the items and wrap them properly. They did make a couple of scratches on my wood floor and denied it doing so. The scratches were definitely new and in the area where they were moving and packing. Otherwise, they did a decent job."
