"The foreman called the evening before and I couldn't understand him easily. The same fellow called the next morning as agreed when he was 10 minutes away. I found him to be rude and bossy. I made a simple suggestion about where to store my belongings before tying up the elevator and his answer was, "I know my job. Just tell me how the elevator works. !" When they unloaded my boxes they crammed them into the small kitchen and bathroom to the point where I couldn't un pack anything without moving everything back into the living room. In my opinion these movers didn't consider the client at all."

"I was expecting the movers to walk upstairs and go through the inventory to make sure it matched exactly, but there was no need. They were professional, polite and extremely efficient. It was over before I knew it! I appreciate how I could change the inventory up until the day of the move, For me, living in a smaller apartment I had a lot of reusable shopping bags that I had to measure because there was no option on there, but it didn't take that much time."
