"My move was scheduled for 2pm, they called ay 12:16pm saying they arrived - roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes early... They tried to tell me I didn’t pay for professional packing services, I only purchased boxes (luckily I had a printout of my move and was able to rectify that). They tried to put my mattress on the floor to wrap it; thankful I caught them before that happened. After arriving at my new residence they only unwrapped the mirror for me to make sure it was okay because I asked them to, and they left all the garbage behind. I had to unwrap my chairs (except those covered with blankets, but they left big wars of used tape behind - which reminds me they left empty rolls of tape at my old residence and they used my kitchen knives and scissors to open paper or cut things that they needed access to). They tried to put the nuts/bolts/washers/screws of my kitchen table and bed in the same place (I asked how they would find the correct parts when assembling if they did that). I was asked to update Unpakt with the boxes they used and the customer service guy tried to argue with me because my invoice only increased by less than $1.00. He finally reviewed the inventory and realized we edited the items correctly, and finally, they tried to leave without assembling my bed, even though I paid for assembly and disassembly."

"I hated this moving company. They took advantage of us on the day of the move. Their workers, however, were hard working and diligent. Unfortunately, their bosses made them leave before the job was done and they left our box frame on the stair case below us and did not finish unwrapping some of the items in our apartment."

"They were very communicative and responsive before my move. They were in touch via text and email to hammer out all the logistics, and they took care of the certificates of insurance promptly. I really liked my movers on the day of the move, but they had some trouble finding parking in the morning. They got a ticket and I ended up having to take care of half of it. The actual movers on the day of were very friendly but professional."

"These guys made sure my move was as smooth and stress-free as possible. They moved, wrapped and packed up everything very quickly to ensure that I made my elevator time slot in Brooklyn. With half an hour to go they managed to get everything set up in my new apartment and were very mindful in making me aware of any cracks, breakages and damages. Highly recommend."
