"My experience with Hapi Moving was simple and straightforward - all services as defined and as they should be. The initial communication after I booked on Unpakt could have been a little more proactive (sending me a list of things to do to prepare since I had paid for the movers to pack as well as move) but they reached out promptly to say hello and answered my questions clearly. On the day of the move, I got a text from the team early in the time window with an ETA. They showed up when expected. Edward and Sergio were fantastic. They communicated with me clearly, asked questions when needed, and took appropriate care and caution with all of my possessions."

"The movers were very nice and accommodating. They worked very quickly. They called to let me know when they were there and sent me text messages to communicate in between apartments. They wrapped up all fragile items and covered the mattress. They even took some extra items that I had not listed. They did not ask for any money during the move, but I tipped them for their hard work."
