"Huffys was unresponsive the day of the move. Several things went wrong the move day, as listed below: - Huffys reported the wrong house type to the local movers. - Local movers had wrong information about the house move and came unprepared for packing. - Huffys didn't bring any packing material, though they agreed on packing for us - I had to drive Huffys' mover to home depot to buy packing material - My wife and I had to pack with Huffys' mover, though they included packing service. - The moving day, the local movers came way too early home and reported a mismatch of our information. I called Huffys right away to report the issue and told them that packing was included in the service. The manager said that the truck had already departed from the store 10 mins before my call and asked her to return the truck to them to pick up packing material. Unfortunately, the manager didn't call, and the truck came to our home completely unprepared for the move. - Huffy promised a car trailer and to tow my car with the moving service. Unfortunately, the manager never reported back about it, and I learned they wouldn't provide that service on move day. I only knew because I asked - the manager didn't even have the decency to tell me that information... As a consequence, I had to plan my car shipping the very last minute. In conclusion, the house move was a total disaster and extremely expensive considering the poor quality of the service. To be honest, I would ask for a 50% refund based on this experience."

"Huffys Movers were outstanding. The dispatcher was friendly, professional and she proactively communicated details/updates on the move all along the way. The movers were friendly too — they worked quickly and were responsive to all of my needs. I couldn’t recommend them enough - 10 stars out of 5!"

"I would highly recommend Huffys Movers. I'm a single woman, moving alone, which can be difficult logistically, but they were very accommodating. They arrived early at both pick up and drop off. The movers were friendly and efficient. This was the first time I've moved where nothing broke in the process! I had a long distance move, and it went very smoothly. I would definitely use Huffys Movers again."

"They were very nice, polite, patient and professional. They showed up at 9am sharp during the stated 9-11am window. I didn't estimate my box number correctly, but they told me about the increase to the number of boxes on the day of the move, and kept me in the loop on any other changes. They wrapped up all the furniture in blankets and worked way faster moving some very heavy furniture than I've had my family move 2-3 times before. They put blankets down on the carpet at the new place because it was pretty gross and muddy outside, without a mention about it from me. I gave the two guys a small tip at the end of the day and they seemed genuinely pleased. Being a young, single woman, I was pretty anxious about taking care of this process on my own, but they were really nice, not intimidating and I felt comfortable with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for another move and/or recommend them to friends."
