"Customer service was good, but the movers themselves did not treat the furniture carefully, even after being warned about antiques. When movers on the other end of the move unpacked the furniture, they noted that the wrapping job was unprofessional and not sufficient to prevent damage. New scratches were on a number of pieces, and one piece that had been left unwrapped entirely was broken."

"The movers were 2 hours late to move our items out of our apartment and then took 4 hours to load everything on the truck. Every single time I called to ask questions about the move and the status of receiving our items, I was always assured someone would be calling me back shortly with answers, and no one ever did! I also has taken more than 2 weeks to receive my items, which is ridiculous. The mover bringing our items to us (finally) has been really nice and helpful and apologetic for the rest of the in & out staff being rude and unhelpful."

"Working with my moving rep, Carlos, and IN & OUT was a great experience for me. I was contacted well in advance of my move date to finalize any scheduling details and the delivery of my packing materials, and was made well aware of what to expect beforehand. On the day of my move, the truck arrived well within the estimated time window that was agreed upon beforehand. Once inside, Carlos made sure to walk me through all of the required documents, and noted the differences that existed between the Unpakt estimated charge and their invoice, to make sure that the amounts matched and any differences were taken into account for the final bill. The movers were able to pack, carry, and store the contents of my one-bedroom apartment within two hours between the four workers, and they made sure to safely package and wrap all furniture and belongings that were not already boxed up. Everyone was extremely professional, and there was never an attempt to change the price that was estimated beforehand."

"The team who was packing me was new (and thus a little slower/more inefficient than usual) but very friendly and polite, and they worked hard. Unpakt said I could update my move plan up until my move date but they had only printed out the move plan on the date my card was charged and did not see my updates, which was frustrating but fine. Their delivery people called me only the afternoon before (instead of 2 days before) to arrange delivery the next morning, which was not enough notice, and they were less friendly than the packers. They also scheduled delivery for 7am, then called at 7:15am to tell me they would be there right at 8, and finally arrived at 8:40am. In-n-Out HQ called me the afternoon after my delivery to tell me that my delivery was on the way, which was strange and unnecessary. I don't think the HQ communicates all that well with the team. I wouldn't warn anyone off from using this company, but I wouldn't necessarily expect a straightforward experience either."

"Terrible! Absolutely terrible. They were over 9 hours late to pick up my belongings and then 6 hours late dropping it off. They also lost screws to my bed, so were unable to put my bed back together. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!"
