"Unfortunately I ended up with a whole closet that was missed and not packed, both bed frames severely scratched, my big screen tv scratched on screen and foundation, and a broken cross. When I brought this up when they delivered, the response was “just call the company and submit your claim”. There was no car that they had messed up a bunch of my stuff that is not cheap. Very disappointed."

"I had a great experience. They called me and said they would be there in 15-20 minutes and they were there 15 minutes later. They were totally professional and provided boxes and extra tape and made sure everything was catalogued. I got to review the entire order before they left and we also reviewed all the paperwork before they left. Great value for money and really nice guys."

"The truck that they had was barely big enough for the items listed. I was told that if they had to make a second trip for the rest of the items i would have to pay not only for the additional items (which they could have taken and i would have gladly paid for if the truck was adequate sized) and pay for the additional trip between the 2 places. I used the service so i could get an accurate estimate and have room to add more items if needed. But i am now stuck with the option to rent a truck and move the rest of the items or make many trips to and from... There was a HUGE confusion and massive time delay with the movers matching the items on the list to the actual items (I suggest you allow the client to attach pictures to the items & a printed tag to attach to each box/item to speed up the process). I think the service is flawed for the movers and the clients based on it is to standardized & to increase sales the trucks should be deployed at 20-30% larger sizes to capture additional revenue. We were unable to buy more from you.... not the best business model, we would have happily paid to move the rest if the truck was bigger than the inventory list. That being said, the two movers were very nice and worked great, just a big disconnect with the generic items on the packing list and the actual items to move, Pictures would help a lot. Very good service idea, just need to get the laces tightened up. I am happy to discuss via phone if you want detailed feedback on the process as a customer."
