"Its been a couple of weeks since my move and I waited so I could fully digest my experience. My pre-move communication was excellent. Thomas answered all my questions and made himself available to address all my needs. Day of experience left some things to be desired. Despite having an accurate up to date inventory list, I was surprised that the first thing I was asked is “what is being moved?” I spent hours on that list so I was irritated that it felt like that work was not looked at. But I was grateful the movers showed up on time and started working immediately. The movers complained a bit about my use of black bags instead of boxes for clothing which I thought was strange (and a bit inappropriate) but they moved everything without breaking things. It took them about just over 90 mins to move everything I had into the truck. Things get weird after that. I was told they wanted to stop for food and that it would be 20 mins top. I thought this was inappropriate but I also didn’t want to be unreasonable so I agreed. I left my apartment to head to the new location just as they were moving the last item - my mattress - out. After I arrived, it took the movers over an hour to show up. Had no idea where they were or what the hold up was. Had to call the home office to ask that they contact the movers directly and get me an update. Movers showed up about 10 mins after that. They moved everything from the truck into the new place in an hour including furniture reassembly. It is also worth nothing that the movers did not appear to be concerned with Covid safety. No gloves were used and the bandanas loosely tied to their faces kept falling down. Thank God I was fully vaccinated but it was still very concerning. For the high price point, I expected more but it certainly was not the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Manage your expectations upfront."

"David and his crew were great, they're real pros. They handled my stuff with care and nothing was broken. The move went quick and the crew was very efficient. They wrapped all my furniture and put it back together at my new apartment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!"

"I am pleased with their service, not only because they did a good job but because David and his team were respectful, kind, and easy to deal with. Regarding the job: they came on time and as soon as they started working we didn't have to do anything, they took care of everything on both buildings (they navigated the new building better than me and even helped me discarding some used boxes). I think you can't have a move easier than that."
