"The crew from Presto were not professional, and made me uncomfortable to the point that I called Unpakt twice to document my concerns. I believe some of this was just from being unfamiliar on how the Unpakt model worked, but they repeatedly hinted at how their tip would determine how they treated items, and that if it was up to them, there would be a lot of extra charges. Items arrive tomorrow and I am anxious to see the condition my boxes and furniture are in."
