"They had an issue with one of their drivers who got injured, and had to move the my booking from morning to afternoon. I was given notice 3 days before the scheduled day. They worked around the clock to accommodate all clients and came in 1 hour late. Still, they were very fast and precise, got everything done (load, travel, unload) in 3 hours. I really appreciate their effort to keep my family's night time routine on time. They were very polite and professional even under a very stressful situation. My only note is that the first person that called me to say the move would be late, a vew hours before the scheduled time, was very dismissive of the whole situation and the impact in family. A couple of hours later, someone else called, and this person was very helpful, and kept me up to date throughout the day."

"The guys were awesome. Very polite and just got the job done. The list sent from Unpakt was extremely incomplete, so it seems like they were understaffed, but they sent another person out within a few minutes to help out for the rest of the move."

"Most of the workers seemed very inexperienced. The lead guy had to tell the others how to carry & move things. No blankets or padding were used on furniture, only plastic wrap. They wrapped plastic wrap directly onto our flat screen TV, which left residue and scratches all over the screen. We are still trying to work out compensation for this damage. Our expensive leather chair received no protection at all, and now has scuffs on the legs as a result. Beware that they will only compensate 60 cents per pound for damaged items. However, they were very nice and friendly, and worked hard carrying everything up & down a lot of stairs."

"Movers were great. I identified that I would need assembly / disassembly for my bed but they did not bring tools so this caused a bit of a delay as they needed to go out and buy new tools. Overall did a great job."
