"Did not give me any warning about when my things would be arriving in California. Called within an hour of delivery time with no notice. Move out in Dallas was smooth, but had no estimate or information on when my things would arrive in California and did not tell me until my things had already been loaded on the truck out West."

"These guys suck. Move-out day went fine. But they seem to have an issue with overpromising when it comes to move-in day. The dispatcher told me via phone Wednesday afternoon they would deliver today (a Thursday) between 8-11 in the morning. I took a day off work for this. However, the actual delivery driver has called numerous times moving the ETA. Now he says it has to be early tomorrow (Friday). I moved to Toledo for work, not to miss work on numerous days waiting on my belongings. You already have an open-ended delivery date, Puma. Why do you feel the need to overpromise and waste my time when you could have just been conservative and said Friday from the start? And why do you keep calling asking about things like stairs and semi-truck access at my new place? How many times do we have to rehash the same info that I noted on my contract with Unpact?"

"This move was the tale of two moves. I wish I could do different reviews for the loading and unloading crews. The loading crew in Dallas was AMAZING. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I will also say that the movers showed up extremely quickly, which may be due in part to a slow time of year. They were unloading just over 48 hours after loading, which was great timing. The unloading crew in Chicago was the worst. For one, the foreman hardly spoke English, making any communication extremely difficult. He also forced me to sign a document for delivery prior to unloading anything, despite my protests. He tried to charge me extra for a flight of stairs, although I clearly advised of the several stair walk up. This all not to mention the carelessness with which they treated my things. The foreman was smoking in the back of the truck with my furniture and boxes. He left four marked Fragile boxes stacked up on the lift gate and then drove the truck forward, causing the fragile boxes to topple over into the street. I was extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the delivery service."
