"Our contact, Javier, said that our things would arrive likely sept 25-27. Our things didn't even leave DC until September 29 and arrived in Austin on October 2. Anytime I tried to reach them via phone to ask them when our things would be leaving, i was promised a call back and never received one. This happened 6 times. It was a nightmare trying to get a status of when our things would likely arrive- we didn't care how long at that point it look for our things to arrive, we just needed to get an idea so that we could plan on a hotel if we needed to get one. They also arrived 6 hours late on the 20th and didn't call or give a heads up. Also a couple of my things were broken that were very sturdy so I can't imagine they were handled well."

"The 2/5 is because the movers themselves (not Puma Van Lines employees) did a great job. Puma Van Lines itself was a nightmare. The dispatch manager ignored my emails, voicemails, dodged my calls, lied directly to me, and once put me on hold for almost an hour with no intention of picking back up (I actually called the driver he was supposedly calling while I was on hold from another phone...)"
