2019-05-04"They were very efficient packing my stuff up, it showed up nearly half an hour late. They also damaged one of my items and were unnecessarily careless with the door at my new apartment (kept letting it slam shut on the door stop rather than just propping it open like they did when they were moving things out of my old apartment). They also asked for additional tip when I gave what I felt was a perfect reasonable tip in the first place (20%)"

They ended up sending 5 guys one staying with the truck and the others to pack. They packed quietly and efficiently. It was smooth and seamless.
