"Do not used this moving service. Delivery estimates provided by MyMove on Unpakt are inaccurate. I booked a long-distance move based on their estimated delivery window of 3-14 business days; now, 19 business days later, I've been provided with an updated estimate of 31 business days. I would never have used MyMove (or Unpakt) if I'd been provided with an accurate estimate."

"My Move was absolutely perfect! Very professional, wearing their masks their entire time and super polite. Made me feel very comfortable and able to trust them. They even went out of their way to help me put some furniture protectors on my heavy furniture to protect my floors. They kept in constant communication with me before the move and came super fast, less than a week! Even when they left I thought something was left behind and they called me right back to tell me where my stuff was. Completely my mistake but they were very helpful!"

"My Move was professional enough when it came to picking up my things and getting them loaded. Everything was done in a fairly timely fashion, and they appeared to take the appropriate care loading them on the truck, but that's where the positives of my experience ended. I was given an ETA for a San Francisco to Chicago move of 3-14 days, and was told I should get a call 72 hours in advance of the movers arriving to make sure I had sufficient time to plan for their arrival. Two weeks go by of absolute radio silence, and so I had to make a slightly concerned phone call to get a better idea of what was going on. The person on the phone was helpful enough, or so I thought, and I was told I'd get a follow-up email that day, or the next, with an ETA on when they'd arrive. Come 3PM the next day though, I'd received no follow-up, so I had to email them again to ask what was going on! I was told that it'd still take another 3-6 days, and this was on a Friday mind you, so my expectation was that Tuesday or Wednesday I'd be getting my call letting me know they were close. Next Friday rolls around, and STILL NO INDICATION OF WHEN MY DELIVERY WOULD BE SET! Another, now increasingly agitated email later, I FINALLY get a phone call indicating that my dropoff window was on Monday morning. What happened to 72 hours notice?! I was fortunate in that I didn't have anything large, because as a result, I had no time to book my freight elevator in my building! Worse yet, when my things finally did arrive, several of the boxes were beaten up pretty badly, and several things were damaged (for which I will be filing a claim!) So in summary - nobody ever contacted me without me prompting, I never got sufficient advance notice to prepare for my things arriving, and it took 2 full weeks past my projected ETA for my things to arrive. Those are solidly one star-worthy complaints in my book"
