"TB Moving Inc. is exceptional. Alex is the lead on the team and worked with me as soon as I booked the company on the specifics -- noting my concerns, answering any questions I had, and just taking the time to be very clear about what I expected and what they could deliver. They delivered! They were efficient and fast, careful with all of my stuff, tracked everything to the last detail, were punctual and very, very courteous. Great guys! Providing iced tea on one of th hottest days of the summer to move was the least I could do for their hard work and professionalism."

"Although the packing was done in a timely manner and very professionally, I have yet to recieve my things over a month later. The expected delivery date has been changed about 5x each with multiple excuses of "mechanical issues or logistics." No affirmative date has been set and no reimbursement has been made. There has been no urgency on their part to remedy the situation. It has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I have been forced to stay in my empty apartment on an air mattress for about a month. Moreover, I have no hope that my things will arrive."
