Their skills in packing and unpacking were incredible.They care your belongings and your place. At last, the team explained the adjustment to the fee clearly and patiently. "The crews are very professional and hard-working! They helped us a lot in our move this time. One suggestion I have is to clarify their services available in the website in advance. Currently in the website, it seems that disassembly and assembly are not available (i.e. it is grey so I cannot select when I made my order). However, they provide this service actually! It is greater if they can list all their services and prices in the website so it is up-to-date!!!"

The load-in went very smoothly, all of our furniture and belongings were safe and secure, and Jaba ensured his crew cleared out well before our building's move-in window ended. "Jaba and his crew from Zip to Zip Moving were incredible and made what is a normally a stressful moving experience feel a lot easier and well managed. From the moment they arrived to move our family of 4 from Manhattan to suburban NJ, they were thorough, careful and very professional. Before starting, Jaba made sure I walked him through all of the rooms, items and and any special instructions or requests. Once he had the plan, the crew worked carefully but expediently to clear out our apartment, carefully disassembling key pieces, covering furniture to protect it, and neatly loading their truck. Even more impressive, once we arrived at the new house, they team was very careful to ensure that even large and unwieldy pieces of furniture were moved to the appropriate rooms and tried really hard to avoid any nicks, scuffs or bumps along the way. I also want to highlight their attention to detail. They always asked questions to confirm which room to move things and even where to place items within the room. If there were any items that required an extra expense, Jaba took time to review these items, make sure I understood and agreed and referenced the app to make sure we were aligned. It was a very hot July day but throughout the experience, the entire crew was friendly, professional and focused on making the move as successful as possible. I hope I don't have to move for a long time but if I do or have friends who are thinking about it, I would not hesitate to recommend Zip to Zip and if you're lucky enough to get them, ask for Jaba and his crew!!"

"Our movers arrived 30 minutes after the 2hr time window. They indicated that they were not given correct information about the details of the job and were not aware of the distance they were transporting the items or the flights of stairs in the new apartment. Granted, it was nearly 95 degrees out and we are on the 2nd floor, but towards the end of the move, they were just unloading furniture anywhere and my sister and I had to carry a heavy couch into a different room that they said it wouldn't fit in."

Bottom line - they were very nice to us, and even though we had more boxes than I had initially thought, they got us into our new home. The movers wrapped the furniture so well, took care of our things, were super nice, and very reliable. Great customer service. "The crew seemed new and they were slow, which wouldn't have been an issue. They broke a light in the hallway of my apartment building and didn't say anything to me about it. I heard the crash, checked a few minutes later and waited about an hour before finally confronting them about it. The crew offered me cash for the light, theb told me their manager told them I had to go through to pay for it. Within emails between myself, Unpakt, and Zip to Zip, the moving company lied and said they had been in contact with the management of my building, only to then tell their employee to offer me cash again."

"Zip to Zip made moving day very easy. Communication before the move was excellent. On move day 3 men showed up who couldn't have been friendlier. We were impressed by how well they had the truck packed and by how quickly they unloaded at our new house. We hope to never move again, but if we must move, Zip to Zip will be the one we call!"
